Food as touched on earlier and hugely documented can have an enormous impact on how one feels. Eating well is vital, though this obviously means different things for different people. For me, the simple act of cooking or not can indicate anomalies in my mental health.

I’ll be using this blog to document the kinds of nosh the boy and I feast upon 🙂 including perhaps more than a reasonable amount of cheese, though that is full of happy hormones and calcium for growing bones 😉 Just lately I’ve been using an app ‘Cook + Cure’ which absolutely suits the part of my brain interested in science and speaks to my foodie sensibilities.
